Director of 'Thor: Ragnarok' Taiki Waititi Responds to IGN Comments
Thor and Hulk would be pleased.
With his new movie, Thor: Ragnorak, due to hit cinemas on November 3, Taiki Waititi sat down with IGN to respond to internet comments about Marvel’s latest blockbuster. The new movie, which sees Thor team up with Hulk to retake Asgard from the hands of Hela the Goddess of Death, has received wide acclaim prior to hitting the big screens. The movie also continues Marvel’s recent shift in tone from serious storytelling to more comedic action-packed adventures.
The New Zealand director recently took the time to reply to a plethora of comments, some serious and others ridiculous, in a recent IGN sit-down. Waititi dealt with the comments in good nature, while emphasizing the film’s comedic nature. Fans of the Marvel universe will also appreciate his sly dig at DC’s upcoming movie Justice Leauge.
