'Akira' x Supreme Car Spotted in Front of Colette Paris
#AKIRA2018.

Ahead of the Akira x Supreme collaboration dropping early next year, a car done in Supreme’s signature red and displaying the brand’s signature logo — accompanied by the iconic Akira title, was recently spotted in front of Colette Paris. The #AKIRA2018 hashtag and the akira2018.com web domain, which currently redirects to Supreme’s official site also appears on the side of the car. According to reports, the emblazoned Fiat 500 is an art project by French artist Charles Monteverdi in hopes of becoming part of the frenzy that will accompany the upcoming collaborative drop. Monteverdi notes that the purpose of the car is to bring more attention to the collaboration, while demonstrating his “expertise.” Additionally, Monteverdi will communicate the result of his art project immediately after the Akira x Supreme collection is released.
