Steve Jobs's BMW Z8 Could Be Yours
It’s going to cost you, though.

For the (very) serious Apple and Steve Jobs enthusiast, Sotheby’s is offering something that should peak your interest.
Following auctions of rare Basquiat paintings owned by Yoko Ono and historic, multi-million-dollar pocket watches, collectors are being presented with an opportunity to own Steve Jobs’s BMW Z8. Originally purchased in 2000, his BMW Z8 comes with its California registration and Jobs’s invoice paperwork, 15,200 miles on the odometer, and a BMW-branded Motorola flip phone that Jobs himself despised. Fittingly, the Z8 pairs well with Jobs’s own personal aesthetic; a clean, minimal titanium finish rounds out the exterior presentation, while straightforward, high-quality black leather adorns the interior.
You can take a look at Steve Jobs-owned BMW Z8 above, while the item is currently projected to sell for around $400,000 USD once it finally leaves the auction house. If you’re interested, you can head on over to the official Sotheby’s website to learn about placing your own bid.
In 2017, the company that Jobs made famous is still relevant and at the top of the industry; despite some minor setbacks, Apple is pushing for success with the iPhone X and continues to expand.
