Netflix's 'Bright' Crime Thriller, a Behind-The-Scenes Look

This past July, Netflix unveiled the first official trailer for its upcoming action crime thriller, Bright. This time around, the streaming giant unveils a featurette that offers viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the movie. Set against an otherworldly version of Los Angeles, the film spotlights superstar actors Will Smith and Joel Edgerton as an unexpected pair of LAPD officers who make desperate attempts to protect a powerful magical wand from falling into evil hands.
Along the way, the duo fights racial injustice in a world that pits humans against orcs and elves — Edgerton’s character is the first orc to be hired by the LAPD. “Battling both their own personal differences as well as an onslaught of enemies, they must work together to protect a thought-to-be-forgotten relic, which in the wrong hands could destroy everything,” said Netflix in a statement.
Watch the featurette above and expect Bright to premiere on Netflix this December 22.
