The BET Awards took place on Tuesday night, October 10. The 11th annual show is hosted by DJ Khaled and viewers watched rappers like Fat Joe, Tee Grizzley, CyHi The Prynce and more appear in this year’s cypher. One of the highlights of the evening was Eminem’s return to television. In the cypher, Slim Shady fired a slew of anti-Donald Trump bars and raised his fist up in support of Colin Kaepernick and others for their activism. Watch the freestyle above.

Eminem’s appearance follows the announcement of his eighth studio album arriving on November 17. The project is the followup to 2013’s multi-platinum selling The Marshall Mathers LP 2.
