Designer Grace Wales Bonner has been one to watch in fashion, having won 2016′s LVMH prize and marking the first instance the LVMH prize has been awarded to a menswear designer. The British-Jamaican’s work this year challenged preconceptions of gender and race, especially those surrounding black male sexual identity. The Wales Bonner 2017 fall/winter show at London Fashion Week this year demonstrated once again Bonner’s ability to successfully merge an eclectic variety of styles into one cohesive range. As with previous the collections, the latest from the designer showcases expert tailoring and draws upon Caribbean, African and European inspirations. Check out all of the runway looks above and stay tuned for more information regarding the collection’s release on our site.
