NEIGHBORHOOD’s sub-line LUKER recently unveiled its 2017 spring/summer lookbook, which once again displays the label’s British Punk influence. The latest collection from LUKER by NEIGHBORHOOD is comprised of graphic pieces that exhibit the same attention to detail and craftsmanship found in the mainline and is inspired by Shinsuke Takizawa’s time spent in the UK throughout the ’70s and ’80s.
