Vans Teases Forthcoming 'Toy Story' Collaboration With Disney
Old Skool, Era and Sk8-Hi silhouettes inspired by characters from the original movie.
Straight out of the Vans rumor mill and into reality is an impending collaboration between the acclaimed skatewear brand and Disney. Earlier this September, a plethora of images have surfaced on social media showing the partnered range that portrays Old Skool, Era and Sk8-Hi silhouettes inspired by characters from the much-loved animated movie,Toy Story. For example, one pair has “ANDY” inscribed on its gum sole to pay homage to the boot sole of the Pixar film’s main hero, Woody. More pairs cull design cues from a slew of major characters such as Buzz Lightyear, Bo Peep, Space Aliens and more.
