adidas Drops Its Cleanest L.A. Trainer to Date
A 35-year anniversary nod to ’81’s original.
2016 marks the 35th anniversary of the L.A. Trainer and, to celebrate, adidas is taking it back to 1981, dropping an OG rendition of the early-’80s kicks. Here, the premium rendition on the old school retro comes in a clean monochromatic grey look, coupling suede construction with leather stripes and a matching mesh tongue.
Finished with a yellowed midsole and black rubber outsole, the new take on the ‘81 original is available now at Three Stripes spots like The Good Will Out.
