NikeFootballX Pays Homage to Classic Air Maxes With the "Heritage" Pack
Featuring an Air Max 90 “Infrared”-inspired Mercurial, Air Max 95 “Neon”-inspired Hypervenom and more.
Bringing some old school inspiration to more contemporary silhouettes is nothing new for Nike, but the Swoosh’s upcoming “Heritage” release is one of the more interesting old-meets-new offerings in recent memory. Featuring off-pitch editions of the Mercurial, Hypervenom, Magista, and Tiempo, the collection brings some of the most iconic colorways of all time to the small-sided game: the Mercurial meets the Air Max 90 “Infrared” and the Hypervenom gets an Air Max 95 “Neon”-inspired makeover while the Magista dons the Air 180’s iconic “Ultramarine” make-up. Finally, the Tiempo — the only low-top of the bunch — comes in the “Varsity Blue” that decorated one of the OG Air Max 1s.
Look for all four to hit the Nike Football App this Sunday, August 28, before making their way to nike.com and select NSW spots on August 30.
