Nike Dubs the Black Mamba the "Master of Innovation" With Latest Kobe 11 Elite
Could this be the very last release for the silhouette?

Throughout his storied career, Kobe Bryant worked more closely with his respective footwear designers than any athlete to come before him, thus resulting in some of the most innovative, boundary-pushing kicks to ever hit the hardwood — including the likes of the low-top Kobe 4 and boot-like Kobe 9 Elite. Now, with Kobe 11 production likely coming to a close, Nike has paid homage to the Black Mamba’s penchant for inventive footwear with a special “Master of Innovation” edition of the silhouette.
Hot on the heels of some of the best Kobe 11s to date (including the “Great Career Recall,” “4KB” and Brazil-inspired white colorway — the “Master of Innovation” boasts a multicolored, gold-based toe that fades to grey across its Flyknit and leather upper while a marbled rubber outsole appears below. As per usual, cushioning comes in the form of a Zoom Air heel unit and full-length, drop-in Lunarlon footbed while Dynamic Flywire provides a tailored, lockdown fit for the shoe’s low-top upper.
Black Mamba fans can find the “Master of Innovation” release now via Nike’s SNKRS for $200 USD per pair while supplies last.
