11 by Boris Bidjan Saberi Makes Over Salomon's Speedcross 4
The Barcelona-based designer puts his own spin on the French trail runner.

Salomon’s Speedcross 4 may seem an unlikely collaborative canvas for an 11 by Boris Bidjan Saberi release, but one look at the resulting trio of rugged low-tops and you’ll immediately see why the Munich-born, Barcelona-based designer called upon the silhouette: the French trail runner fits in perfectly with his Spring/Summer 2017 “Disruptive Disciples” collection. First seen on the runway for the aforementioned collection and teased yet again by its accompanying lookbook earlier this summer, the limited edition hiker exudes a technicality that fits right in with the range and comes in “Triple White” and “Triple Black” colorways to boot. The standout, though, is a distressed version of the design that coincides with the collection’s dash of militaristic olive drab.
Expect the limited edition Speedcross 4s to be available from BBS stockists when the Spring/Summer 2017 range touches down in the months ahead.
