The Converse Japan x Ultraman 50th Anniversary Sneakers Are Now Available
These Japan exclusives are a must have for fans of the original television series.
We reported back in May about the special release of the Converse Japan x Ultraman sneakers to honor the 50th anniversary of the popular Japanese television show. While we were only able to show you the All-Star model, we now present to you the Alien Baltan and Elking kicks courtesy of atmos Japan. For the Ultraman sneakers, we get the original colorway of the iconic monster-fighting hero in silver and red. For the Baltanseijin, a low-top version — a dark blue is used to mimic the creature’s skin, along with yellow eyelets to signal the eyes, and an extended tongue to interpret the forehead. Last but not least are the Eleking sneakers, which are in a rock-like black and white that will make monochromatic fans happy.
The sneakers are availbale now at atmos Japan at a retail price of ¥9,500 JPY to ¥10,260 JPY (approximately $90 to $95 USD).
