After announcing that its special “Legend Edition” will host the recently-retired Kobe Bryant on its cover, 2K Sports has revealed that the official cover athlete for NBA 2K17 will be Indiana Pacers star forward, Paul George. After returning from a gruesome injury during a Team USA scrimmage in Las Vegas in 2014, George managed to return to true star form by averaging 23.1 points, 4.1 assist, 7 rebounds and 1.9 steals this past NBA Season.

NBA 2K17 is currently available for pre-order here and is expected to release on September 16.
