Yeezy Season is back in full swing with the introduction of the line’s entire footwear collection. Unlike the brand’s first chapter, Kanye West has opted to outsource the manufacturing to Italy in favor of teaming up with adidas once again, though sneakerheads have no reason to fear as new Yeezy Boost colorways are still expected to arrive in the near future. Season 2 reflects Mr. West’s increasing desire to delve into womenswear, with the inclusion of heels, knitted ankle and over the knee boots, to go along with more casual military boots for both sexes. The 4.5-inch heel silhouettes have been made available in suede and lucite variations, while the knitted ankle boots take on contrasting “Military Dark Jersey” and “Gold Jersey” colorways. The corresponding hues are also available for the high variations as well. Rounding out the footwear lineup is the military crepe boot in taupe, featuring a luxurious suede upper and plush leather inner lining, which sits atop of a gum crepe outsole. With prices ranging from $445 USD to $995 USD, the Yeezy Season 2 footwear collection will be available online and select retail partners worldwide on June 6.
