The Nike Air Footscape Motion Gets the "Sakura" Treatment
The technical low-top is finally back.
Nike Sportswear’s Air Footscape Motion has long been a favorite in Japan, so it’s only right that (with cherry blossom season in full swing) the technical low-top would get a “Sakura” treatment — which is exactly what we have with the latest edition of the kicks. Largely absent since 2013 and following in the footsteps of the likes of this year’s Air Max 1, Air Rift and Zoom Stefan Janoski, the latest Footscape comes decked out in grey with reflective 3M detailing as a sublimated cherry blossom motif decorates the entirety of its ripstop panels.
Complete with its signature asymmetrical lacing and Free-like sole unit intact, the “Sakura” take on the Air Footscape Motion is set to debut this Saturday, April 2 at select NSW spots worldwide.
