UNDEFEATED and APPLEBUM Finally Reunite for New Collaboration
It’s been a long five-year wait.
Japanese label APPLEBUM and California-based streetwear guru UNDEFEATED are teaming up again for their first collaboration in five years. APPLEBUM, which draws its inspiration from the hip-hop culture and streets of Tokyo, will fuse with the militaristic and sports-minded street aesthetic of UNDEFEATED for a T-shirt, hoodie and snapback capsule. Meshing the globally recognizable 5 Strikes logo with APPLEBUM’s “Summer Madness” graphic, the pieces accentuate any outfit with additional co-branding on the backs. For OG sneakerheads, there is a “Clean Up” tee with a young boy on an old school mobile phone cleaning his all-whites with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
The “Clean Up” and “Summer Madness” tees will both retail for ¥6,400 JPY (~$55 USD), the “Summer Madness” hoodie will be ¥15,800 JPY (~$135 USD), and the snapback is ¥6,300 JPY (~$54 USD).
