KITH Pop-Up Brought Collaborative Products and Experiences to the Slopes of Aspen
Ronnie Fieg mixes his expert know-how of street style to the ski/snowboard culture.
Although the fall/winter months call for a challenge at times of finding out what to wear and constantly facing inclement weather, that didn’t stop Ronnie Fieg from celebrating KITH’s five-year anniversary by developing a special pop-up in Aspen, CO. Done with the highest sense of hospitality, Fieg welcomed some of his closest friends and family not only to encounter his latest project of KITH Aspen, but to leave with an extraordinary winter experience.
Before taking off for flight, guests were issued an extremely limited edition pair of the Ronnie Fieg x adidas Consortium UltraBOOST Mid, strictly for “Friends & Family.” Upon arrival, the hospitality continued as participants were welcomed with a special package from Ronnie Fieg & KITH including select pieces from KITH Aspen’s expansive collection which included collaborations alongside Columbia, TUMI, Timberland, Samsung, adidas Consortium, Union, New Era and Capita. Closed out with a limited “Friends and Family” collaborative pair of Timberland Boots, KITH Aspen’s journey was filled with beautiful views and an overall sense of appreciation for new surroundings.
As we ventured to the KITH Aspen space the pop-up you’ll notice a mountainous influence via its crisp white walls and thematic arches, designed in collaboration with Snarkitecture. In addition, you’ll also find KITH Aspen’s huge collection sorted by sections as they’re complemented by staple pieces such as its collaborative snowboard with Capita and Union bindings. All in all, KITH Aspen presents the aura of making yourself at home rather than placing a sole emphasis on product consumption.
While in Aspen we managed to sit with Ronnie Fieg to get his thoughts on KITH’s success, choosing Colorado in comparison to other locations, some of his favorite pieces from the KITH Aspen collection and much more. Check out the video above for Fieg’s take on his Aspen pop-up shop, its development and an inside look at the overall experience.
