Nike's Special Field Air Force 1 Is Back in "Binary Blue"
The Swoosh’s military-inspired AF1 returns in a monochromatic navy look.
Nike’s Special Field rendition of the Air Force 1 flew off shelves when it launched last month and, thankfully, the kicks are returning in time for the holidays — complete with a brand new colorway to boot. This time around, the rugged high-top take on the ’80s basketball classic comes in a monochromatic “Binary Blue” look, applying the blue hue to everything from the ballistic nylon and leather construction to details like the MOLLE-like loops, ankle strap, lacing grommets and air-cushioned sole unit. There is a little bit of bad news, though: the colorway appears to be exclusively for women, at least for the time being.
Nonetheless, you’ll be able to find the drop at NSW spots like THE GOOD WILL OUT later this month.
