Nike Ushers in a New Generation of Force With the Special Field Air Force 1
The best of both worlds meets a new generation.

Nike has decided to pay homage to 1983’s rollout of the Nike Air Force 1. Reinterpreting the classic group wearing flight suits, a new generation takes on the task in the NBA’s Anthony Davis, Paul George, Draymond Green, DeMarcus Cousins and Isaiah Thomas. Revealing the Nike Special Forces Air Force 1, the evolution of the game is in mind as it coincides with the silhouette’s futuristic upgrade. Combining the Nike SFB and Air Force 1 into a winterized monster, you’ll find premium full grain leather, ripstop ballistic nylon, as well as new interwoven and adjustable ankle straps.
Nike’s SF-AF1 will launch in two colorways for men in Faded Olive/Gum and Black/Gum, in addition to two women’s color combinations in Light Bone/Sail and Golden Beige/Linen. Expect them to release on November 5 via the SNKRS App and select retailers. An additional white/white colorway will also release on November 5 and 6 at ComplexCon.
