“That’s right, I said World Champion and Cleveland in the same sentence.”
Not only did President Barack Obama invite President-elect Donald Trump to the crib today, but he also played host to the World Champion Cleveland Cavaliers. It’s customary for the champions of every major American sport league to visit the White House and present the POTUS with a custom jersey, which is proceeded by a few words from the Commander in Chief about teamwork, hard work, dedication and charitable endeavors. Barry started his speech with a brief overview of the 2016 Finals between the Cavs and Warriors, followed by a run down of the roster and each player’s achievements during the playoffs.
