A Closer Look at the Vetements x Reebok Pump Sneaker Collaboration
A sleek slip-on with tongue-in-cheek decorations.
One of the noteworthy pieces that dropped at the Vetements and MATCHESFASHION “Official Fake” capsule collection launch was the French brand’s collaborative Reebok sneaker. Contrary to popular belief, this Reebok Pump model marks the first collaboration between the two brands. Guram Gvasalia informed us that the previously circulating image of the Reebok Instapump Fury marked with what looks like hand-drawn text will release sometime soon. Gvasalia also hinted at more to come between the two brands in the coming months.
These Vetements Pumps were sold exclusively at the Seoul pop-up and retailed at 404,000 Korean won (approximately $350 USD). The slip-on silhouette features Pump technology with prominent “LEFT” and “RIGHT” decorations on each respective shoe.
