Watch Paul Pogba's Journey from Childhood to Present Day in New adidas Campaign
A look at the Manchester United star’s journey back to Old Trafford.
In an effort to push its #HereToCreate series, adidas has rolled out a new campaign video featuring the mega soccer star that is Paul Pogba. In the vid, we see the Manchester United talent develop his creative drive on-and-off the field from his childhood, adolescence and all the way to his present status. It’s also a celebration of the man’s return to Old Trafford.
The global campaign is an initiative surrounding the brand’s ‘Football Needs Creators’ project — according to Ryan Morlan, adidas’s VP of Brand Communications, “Since childhood, his imagination has been the catalyst to defying the norm in the world of football. Pogba’s story mirrors our belief that creativity will take you further than your mind or body alone. There is only one Pogba, but all athletes can look to him for inspiration to use one’s own creativity to make new rules in their sport.”
