Saint Laurent became known for simultaneously being a resounding hit amongst customers and drawing fashion critics’ ire and, judging from its latest collection drop, that reaction looks set to continue. The Spring/Summer 2017 collection carries on what Slimane brought to the company with one of the standout pieces using a Jaws-inspired pattern that appears throughout the collection, but is seen in our slideshow on the back of a hoodie. There’s also the Saint Laurent-standard leather jacket, light pink bomber jackets, camouflage jackets, star print hoodies and ripped jeans that appear to call back to Slimane’s Dior Homme era.
