NikeLab Roshe Cortez Black/White
NikeLab re-vamps Nike’s iconic runner in black and white, with a Roshe sole.
Originally designed in the mid-1960s, by legendary Oregon track coach Bill Bowerman, the Nike Cortez has gone on to become one the brand’s most iconic shoes and has recently been given the NikeLab treatment and endowed with a Roshe sole. Initially revealed in the original red and white colorway, as made famous by Forrest Gump, and now this monochrome iteration, the shoe mixes the retro silhouette of the Cortez with the modern comfort and versatility of the Roshe sole. Complete with a nylon tongue, exposed padding, and retro branding, the Roshe Cortez is due out this Thursday, June 18 at nike.com/nikelab and select NikeLab destinations worldwide.
