'Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain' E3 2015 Trailer

Hideo Kojima releases another trailer for the next installment of the Metal Gear Solid franchise at this year’s E3 conference. Following on from the events of Ground Zeroes, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain picks up with Big Boss resurgent on a brand new Mother Base and mourning the loss of Diamond Dogs’ past. Liquid Snake, Skullface and Ocelot are also set to make appearances throughout the storyline, while the game mechanics themselves will be jazzed up by way of Kojima Productions’ new cross-platform Fox Engine developed specifically for next-generation video games. Set to release on September 1 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, The Phantom Pain will reportedly be Hideo Kojima’s last Metal Gear Solid game given reports that he has split from game developer Konami.
