Agi Mdumulla and Sam Cotton present an eclectic take on classic menswear pieces for the 2016 Spring/Summer season.
Fresh off a win for the “Breakthrough Menswear Designer Award” at WGSN’s Global Fashion Awards, Agi Mdumulla and Sam Cotton unveil their latest collection for the 2016 spring/summer season. Utilizing a softer color palette in comparison to some of the imprint’s earlier releases, the latest range sees elegant outerwear pieces embellished with eccentric trimmings and materials, juxtaposed with loose-fitting bottoms, both long and short. Blazers, bombers, and oversized topcoats are layered with button-up shirts in a range of hues, while zip-up hoodies, crewnecks, buckled-vests and some denim pieces are also included in the collection. Though the majority of the garments are constructed from lighter materials ideal for the warmer seasons, distinct leather pieces provide flashier alternatives for those who seek it.
