Now nearing the end of Paris Women’s Fashion Week and fashion month in general, the warmer March weather is seeing more color and skin peeking out, although layering is still a must in the chilly Parisian weather. With a few more hectic days for the fashion bunch, styles are generally more comfortable, with a surge of knits and simple layering of classic closet staples. Expert layering is a quintessential streetstyle trick, and a trend that we see every season for its versatility. Mixing prints and fabrics is a surefire way to differentiate your outfit, with a common tone or print tying the pieces together. Detailed accents and special appliqués adorn everyday pieces for personalization. We’re also seeing a surge in navy tones painting coats and accessories, signaling the advent of warmer weather (although we’re not there just yet). For those hoping to usher in spring with bright colors, color blocking is making a resurgence, with Mondrian-inspired coats and colorways paired with neutrals for a pop of spring.
