As expressed upon its launch, Nike’s ACG collection is meant as the essential uniform for urban exploration. China’s burgeoning urbanization, across the country, seems to perfectly parallel to this; it’s not all that hard to imagine the pieces in still-erecting skyscrapers, in the tunnels of unfinished train lines, and so on. Accordingly, Nike ACG recently created an installation at its X158 NikeLab flagship, ushering the collection into Greater China while also highlighting its latest drops. Alongside pieces such as the LunarTerra Arktos Tech SP and the Flyknit Trainer Chukka SFB, the brand also showcased the work of six select Instagram photographers, who were recruited to capture Macau, Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chongqing.
