The classic and much-loved Nike Air Max 1 silhouette is being celebrated in the V SP “Patch” iteration, paying homage to its original design and colorway just in time for Air Max Day. Inspired by a visit to Paris, Tinker Hatfield designed the Air Max 1 with complex inside-out construction in mind, resulting in the Visible Air. With its iconic outsole and air bubbles, the gray/navy/white and red colorway is the original colorway, classic and simple. This iteration features an upper made of polyester overlays, so you can customize your pair with Air Max patches. Stay tuned for release dates, with the shoe coming soon online and at select NikeLab locations worldwide.
