The three-set performance will include the players’ introduction after the pre-game show, a musical performance at halftime, and an encore performance at the end of the game. “As an Atlantan, I’m excited to collaborate with my beloved Hawks on March 27 as they face off against the Miami Heat,” 2 Chainz remarked. “The Hawks have been ‘TRU to Atlanta’ this season so it’s only right that we come out to support.” The Hawks have released T-shirts for the event: a red jersey tee with two gold chains printed across the chest, the number 2, and “CHAINZ” written on the back. The first 5,000 fans to enter the arena will also be receiving copies of the rapper’s newest mixtape, “T.R.U.
