Shinola Unveils the Detroit Arrow Single-Speed Bicycle
New from Shinola’s own bike specialists in the Motor City is the American brand’s very first

New from Shinola‘s own bike specialists in the Motor City is the American brand’s very first single-speed bicycle: the Detroit Arrow. Hand assembled and built with urban riding in mind, the design features a completely new TIG-welded TrueTemper steel frame — manufactured by Wisconsin’s Waterford Precision Cycles — and includes cork grips along with a jet black fenders and a matching leather saddle, chain guard, and bell. Additional details include custom laser-cut rear dropouts — each of which sport the brand’s “S” logo — alongside threaded eyelets for fenders and racks and even puncture-resistant 700×32 C tires with a reflective 3M strip for a smooth, safe ride.
Shinola’s American-made Detroit Arrow is now available in black or white for $1,000 USD while a nickel-plated take on the design can be had for $1,700 USD.
