A continuation of sorts to this spring’s PPP Collection, Nike and Pigalle present their collaborative take on the Air Raid. Featuring a rugged upper, durable outsole and distinct strap-lacing system, 1992’s Air Raid represents Nike’s first-ever foray into outdoor basketball footwear. Refined here by Stephane Ashpool as a reflection of Parisian sensibilities and sophistication, Pigalle’s take on the retro silhouette sees tonal burgundy and white executions, each of which are accompanied by Pigalle-branded lace locks.
The Nike Air Raid by Pigalle will be available exclusively in New York City at 21 Mercer and Dover Street Market by raffle. To enter, present a valid ID at either destination before 7 p.m. EDT on September 10. Winners will then be notified with details as to how they can purchase their pair.
