“Filth” is a first listen to J Dilla‘s upcoming 40-track box release, titled The King of Beats (Ma Dukes Yancey Collector’s Edition Box Set) due out this summer. The track comes as an apt introduction for the project as it offers an interesting insight into the creative process Dilla takes when doing what he does best, as heard through candid rhymes and experimenting flows.
