For their latest culinary endeavour, our friends over at Foodbeast linked up with Rx Boiler Room of Las Vegas, Nevada on a foodie experience that offers up a fresh take on classic comfort foods. Reworking family favourites such as Mac and Cheese and Chicken Pot Pie in to fine dining alternatives, highlights from Foodbeast’s experience include Squid-e-Os (SpaghettiOs made of out squid and served with North African based Merguez meatballs), Kampachi Tartare Tacos in Taro Root Shells and Buffalo Oysters.
