In their ninth installment within a yearlong collaborative project, Swedish sneaker boutique Sneakersnstuff and longtime design partner Reebok present the NPC II GORE-TEX. In this drop, the two chose to rework one of Reebok’s most iconic silhouettes – the Newport Classic – with a never before seen waterproof GORE-TEX upper – a must as the fall season brings a generous amount of rainfall to the Swedes. But this isn’t just your normal GORE-TEX material as it’s been topped off with a woodland camouflage print that pairs perfectly with a natural midsole. Further details include tonal laces, a white cloth liner, and a nod to the Swedish phonetic alphabet with the phrases “Sigurd Niklas Sigurd” and “Niklas Petter Cesar” on the inside of each respective tongue. The Sneakersnstuff x Reebok NPC II GORE-TEX will be released September 30 at Sneakersnstuff.
