SEEKINGS Reveals Its Indie Rock-Inspired "THIRD COLLECTION"
The campaign features Julian Casablancas and The Cribs.
SEEKINGS has revealed its long-awaited “THIRD COLLECTION” inspired by the New York indie rock scene of the 2000s. The campaign recruits Julian Casablancas from The Strokes and The Voidz and English band The Cribs for authenticity.
In photos shot by Christoper Petrus, Julian Casablancas and The Cribs are seen traversing the city. The images are simple but effective at crafting the vibe as the musicians are shot in nightclubs and a recording studio. Also featured in this campaign model Sepira Street poses against a curtain backdrop in various looks.
The garments match the aesthetic as the tops, hoodies, jackets, pants and hats feature muted shades and vintage-inspired graphics. The highlight of the collection, the signature slim-cut jeans, are a part of the new SEEKINGS Leather Program which crafts these goods in Japan. The jeans come in lambskin, python leather and cowhide leader with a matching trucker jacket for the perfect grunge yet chic rockstar look.
The rest of the collection consists of an array of graphics on multiple silhouettes. Comic book graphics feature the SEEKINGS logo and a depiction of an action scene while other graphics feature rockstar-type faces.
