The month of October has officially rolled into its second week, and as the excitement over Halloween and the rest of the years holidays continues to heighten, sneaker brands are locked and loaded to drop a ton of new heat. In this week’s action we’re going to see major releases from the likes of New Balance, Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas and more, but before we run through those, let’s first summarize all of the major headlines that popped up in the sneaker world last week.

The conversation focused on Jared Blake and Ed Be about their deeper ties to the the Clarks Wallabee and Air Jordan 9. Moving over to the news side of things, Nike definitely had themselves a pretty eventful week of unveilings. The brand is not holding back on the Halloween celebrations this year as it revealed frightful variations of the Air Force 1 Low, Air Force 1 Experiment, Dunk Low and the Air Presto. In addition, it teased a new Nike ACG Air Mowabb “Limestone” colorway, announced official launch info for the “Strawberry Milk” Nike Dunk Low “Free Lunch” and teased a fresh Air Force 1 High Jewel “NYC Midnight Navy” iteration. The team over at Jordan Brand also made sure to make its presence felt by uncovering Virgil Abloh’s Off-White™ x Air Jordan 2 Low in “Black/Blue”, an Air Jordan 1 Mid “Red Toe” colorway and generating rumors over an Air Jordan 1 High OG “Rebellionaire” colorway that will apparently be limited to 8,000 pairs.
The adidas team came out swinging last week as well and showed off a plethora of new footwear offerings.
