ASICS SportStyle Releases All-New GEL-1130 Silhouette for Women
Modernizing the classic silhouette for a new generation of female creatives.
To introduce the next generation of trailblazing women who are redefining culture through harnessing the power of creativity, ASICS SportStyle has unveiled a new footwear campaign and collection featuring six influential women from around the world. As part of the latest campaign dubbed “Her Story,” the iconic sportswear brand has tapped Marisa Yasukawa, Devon Suriya, Sofia Solamente, Jennifer Pauline, Anna Sian and Chaima El Haddaoui to share their personal journeys as well as ways they maintain a sound body and sound mind.
Placing emphasis on ASICS’ expanded footwear offering for women, the brand has released an all-new iteration of the GEL-1130. The reimagined silhouette pays homage to the classic GEL-1000 series, but has been given a fashion-forward makeover by forgoing traditional materials in favor of synthetic leather paneling along with incorporating breathable mesh inspired by the GEL-KAYANO 14 sneaker. Utilizing the brand’s proprietary GEL technology and TRUSSTIC unit, the revamped footwear staple provides added stability, propulsion and comfort for all-day wear.
