Tokyo-based streetwear label everyone, founded by Ryo Miyoshi, is making its official Hong Kong debut with a temporary brick-and-mortar space at BELOWGROUND. Running from October 9 – 13, 2026, the pop-up follows a milestone year for the brand that included opening a new flagship in Maebashi and a Tadao Ando-designed atelier in Seijo.
Celebrated for its understated aesthetic and precise fabrications, everyone’s temporary retail store brings a curated selection of its signature Fall 2026 Collection alongside exclusive collaborative works. Highlights include a new Nylon Silk drizzler jacket created specifically for the Hong Kong release, city-exclusive graphics like the ESS Tee and Vincent Logo LS Tee, Loro Piana fabric easy slacks, and select pieces from A.PRESSE for everyone.
The temporary space also serves as an immersive showcase of Miyoshi’s passion for design, art and collaborative culture. Visitors can browse high-profile joint releases – including footwear and apparel with adidas Originals, SUICOKE, Erik Schedin, and Tomo Nariai – while enjoying an environment curated with iconic postmodern furniture. Key interior display pieces include Ettore Sottsass’s Carlton room divider and Shiro Kuramata’s Progetti Compiuti chest of drawers for Cappellini. Hypebeast spoke with Ryo and a member of his team, Takumi Nakagawa, at the pop-up space, diving into what makes everyone for everyone.
Hypebeast: Did you ever imagine this deeply personal, hyper-local philosophy resonating on such a massive global scale?
Ryo Miyoshi: I’m just so grateful that people resonate with my pieces and will take time out of their day to come by the pop-up and see what we have going on and resonate with it.
As you step into a bustling new retail environment in Hong Kong, how do you preserve that same intimate, lived-in connection with a brand new audience?
RM: Building a community is always a process. To build a community here as strong as Japan, will take time and I know it will be slow. Hong Kong is incredible and it’s so international.
For your first-ever pop-up in Hong Kong at BELOWGROUND, you are presenting a focused selection alongside two exclusive pieces—the ESS Tee and the Vincent Logo LS Tee. What is the story behind these specific items?
Takumi Nakagawa: So we’ve got these two pieces here. It’s everyone collab with Vincent Tsang from Dime MTL. We’ve been friends with Vincent for a long time now, from the start of the brand, and you know we’ve collabed with him since the start of the brand. We’ve even had an exhibition for him for his paintings in Tokyo, so it just seemed like a natural thing to do. Everyone, no pun intended, loves this graphic, and it’s autumn fall. So yeah, long sleeves fit.
We’ve also got the Hong Kong edition nylon silk drizzler jacket. We’ve made this shape before this year, but this is the first time we’re making it in nylon silk. And the reason why we brought it over to Hong Kong was we thought the fabric itself would be good for Hong Kong weather.
As for the ESS Tee, the graphic’s done by J.30000 that features a painting here, a peace do here and the “everyone Sound Selects” is just like this little party we threw this year. For the part, we just thought it’d be cool to have something to wear. And so we just asked Guillaume to just whip something up real quick. It looks good.
Opening a store in your hometown of Maebashi, much like NIGO and Jonio did in the past, was a long-time dream for you. Now that the flagship is open, what has it been like watching a new generation of local kids walk through your doors to discover culture and fashion, just like you did years ago?
RM: I wanted to create as shop that would inspire young people to take an interest in fashion, art, furniture so I’m really happy that local people are coming to the shop. It’s a dream for me to have a store in Maebashi. Having this store is a way for me to have younger kids experience what I experienced as a kid who was really into fashion. So having a store like NIGO did and Joni did, it’s like ‘Wow, my dream came true.’
Has your definition of success changed overtime? What’s next for everyone?
RM: I don’t think my definition of success has changed that much. It’s right in front of me. I’m doing what I want to do and I’m turning it into reality so I think I’ll keep doing things the same way indefinitely.
