Republic of Gamers (ROG) is tapping Hideo Kojima-level mythology for hardware, dropping the limited-edition ROG Flow Z13-KJP and a full Ludens-branded ecosystem at CES 2026. This is not a simple reskin. It is a full storytelling exercise in aluminum, carbon fiber, and RGB.
The centerpiece is the Flow Z13-KJP, a 13.4-inch 2-in-1 “gaming tablet” running AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 395 with Radeon 8060S graphics, a unified 128GB memory architecture, and a 2.5K Nebula HDR touchscreen at 180Hz. It is built to flip between console, creator rig, and ultraportable laptop without breaking the silhouette.
Visually, the machine lands somewhere between Death Stranding cargo and a field-issued dev kit. Yoji Shinkawa went beyond logo placement, sketching angular CNC-milled cutouts, carbon-fiber infills, and warning-label typography that feels ripped from Kojima Productions’ own prop department. As Shinkawa puts it, “I wanted to create a gadget that belongs to Ludens and I integrated that into this PC design”.
The collaboration extends across desk space with the white-and-gold ROG Delta II-KJP headset, Keris II Origin-KJP mouse, and Scabbard II XXL-KJP mat, all carrying hand-drawn Ludens artwork and the tongue-in-cheek mantra “For Ludens Who Dare.” It is a unified setup that finally lets Kojima diehards build a rig that actually looks like it spawned from his universe.
