Anicorn and Kojima Productions Reconnect To Unveil the LUDENS X Watch

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Kojima Productions, Anicorn has unveiled the LUDENS X collection, a follow‑up to their original SPACE LUDENS collaboration back in 2022. Supervised by Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa, the new release features a darker, sharper and more cinematic aesthetic.
Designed around the concept of an “EVA Creative Suit on the wrist,” the watch channels the futuristic space-armor worn by the studio’s mascot, Ludens. The timepiece arrived with a blackened stainless steel case, measuring 39mm with a thickness of 12.7mm. The case is accented by four corner screws and gold-tone hardware that echo the mechanical structure of the Ludens EVA suit. Engraved along the bezel are the mottos “BEYOND THE STRAND” and “INTO OUTER SPACE,” marking a thematic journey from connection to cosmic exploration.
The multi-layered dial face also features a dark, industrial interface highlighted by a brushed metallic panel, exposed screw elements, the 10th-anniversary mark and Kojima Productions graphic branding. Luminosity is supplied by polished hour and minute hands treated with blue-emitting Super-LumiNova BGW9 beneath a protective sapphire glass crystal. Insid the timepiece is powered by a modified NH35-ATD automatic movement, which is visible through an exhibition caseback that carries custom collaboration branding and individual numbering.
Releasing on August 5, 2026 at 10 p.m. EDT, the main LUDENS X Watch Set will retail for $940 USD and comes with two interchangeable wearing options: a black stainless steel bracelet and a carbon fiber-patterned leather strap. Alongside the watch, the release also includes an exclusive black cuff bracelet with gold-tone engravings and a serialized Metal Print Warranty Card housed in a display case. Rounding out the drop, ANICORN will also offer a standalone LUDENS Silver Cuff Bracelet for $65 USD and a magnetic 10th Anniversary Ludens Character Metal Print poster for $48 USD.
