Krispy Kreme and Pokémon have officially unveiled the Krispy Kreme Pokémon Doughnut Collection in celebration of the iconic media franchise’s 30th anniversary. The sweet collaboration introduces six custom-decorated treats alongside themed packaging and limited-edition merchandise.
The menu lineup spotlights five fan-favorite character creations alongside a classic Poké Ball design. The Bulbasaur Doughnut presents an Original Glazed shell dipped in vanilla icing with frosting and a Bulbasaur topper, while the Charmander variant features an unglazed shell filled with chocolate and toasted marshmallow Kreme, finished in orange caramel icing and red and gold sugar. The Squirtle Doughnut combines cotton candy buttercreme, sanding sugar, nonpareils, and a surfing Squirtle piece. Meanwhile, the Pikachu Doughnut houses a lemon-flavored Kreme filling beneath vanilla icing and electrifying drizzle, and the Jigglypuff option offers strawberry buttercreme topped with strawberry cookie crumbles. Rounding out the set, the Poké Ball Doughnut is dipped in vanilla icing, red sprinkles, and piped chocolate accents.
Beyond the individual pastries, the release includes special-edition Pokémon cups available in five distinct character designs packed with 10 Original Glazed Gold Dots. The collection will be served in custom 12-count boxes as well as select retail 6-packs. Furthermore, fans who visit participating shops in Pokémon attire on Saturday, August 22, can claim a free Original Glazed Doughnut.
The Krispy Kreme x Pokémon Doughnut Collection officially drops on August 18, 2026, across participating Krispy Kreme shops, website, and mobile app, with early pre-orders beginning August 13.
