The structural foundation of the 30th Celebration expansion introduces several unprecedented shifts to the standard TCG formula. Most notably, the collection is configured as an “all-foil” set, ensuring every single pulled card features holographic engineering. The set will also pioneer a brand-new mechanical and visual classification called “Futuristic rare,” featuring surreal, neon-infused graphic treatments illustrated by celebrated Japanese digital artist YOSHIROTTEN. To anchor the anniversary theme in the franchise’s mascot, every single 30th Celebration booster pack is guaranteed to contain at least one of 30 unique, highly collectible Pikachu rare cards, showcasing the Electric-type Pokémon across varying beautifully illustrated daytime and nighttime environments.
