The rumor began circulating after Drake posted a photo to his Instagram, showing a close up shot 2Pac’s legendary chain off the album All Eyez On Me, which features “All eyez on YOU 1996” on the back of the pendant.
The post featured the caption, “COPENHAGEN NIGHT ONE LESSSGO,” but made no mention of 2Pac, letting the images speak for themselves. This isn’t the first time Drake has paid homage to a hip-hop legend with a high-profile purchase. He previously bought the gold and ruby crown ring famously worn by 2Pac, for over $1 million USD in 2023 at a Sotheby’s auction.
