Update: McDonald’s officially revealed a first look and the release details of its BTS TinyTAN Happy Meal.
Set to release on September 3, the upcoming collaboration will feature two different sets of toys. First up is the Throwback Edition, which sees each BTS member sporting the 2021 BTS Meal promo outfits, followed by the Encore Edition, which pays homage to their second McDonald’s collaboration.
In addition, McDonald’s is inviting fans to attend the Magic Meetup in Los Angeles, which promises “immersive, multisensory experience, filled with music and Happy Meal magic.” The event is scheduled to take place on September 27 and September 28 at nya West.
The TinyTAN x McDonald’s Happy Meal drops September 3, while the Encore Edition is available starting September 23.

Original Story: McDonald’s is celebrating the return of BTS with a teaser for a new collaboration.
The global fast food franchise took to social media to tease its latest partnership with the global K-pop group. An image uploaded to the official McDonald’s Instagram accounts dropped an aerial look at a Happy Meal box and seven minifigures. It remains unclear if the character designs are brand new or if they will take inspiration from BTS’ TinyTAN characters.
BTS and McDonald’s first teamed up in 2021 for an exclusive meal and two merchandise collections. The group’s signature order featured 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium Fries, medium Coke and Sweet Chili and Cajun dipping sauces inspired by recipes from McDonald’s South Korea. It proved to be an instant hit; meal packagings were reselling on eBay, a nugget shaped like an Among Us crewmate sold for almost $100,000 USD and McDonald’s global sales surged 40%.
