The North Face Urban Exploration‘s Fall 2025 collection is set to arrive in two versatile installments inspired by the intersection of architecture and wilderness.

Integrating modular design and functional staples, the collection captures the essence of the label’s “urban explorers,” leading with a denim-focused line in August and a subsequent tech-centered lineup arriving in September.

The August release is described by designer Naohiro Fujisaki as a study in “layers and interactions,” allowing each design to be worn independently or layered with the rest of the collection. Key pieces include the Denim Hybrid Jacket and matching Triple Side Seam Denim Pants, which are shown with additional components like the Denim Modular Vest, designed with detachable three-dimensional pockets that can be transformed into a crossbody bag.

Coming later in the season, the September collection designed by Andrea Jiapei Li explores the “tension of an arc” and uses curved lines and 3D tailoring to craft performance-ready pieces. Thoughtful details like hidden pockets and adjustable silhouettes highlight the practicality of the range.

In key outerwear pieces, the City Exploration Jacket uses GORE-TEX technology in an A-line silhouette, while the Layered Mount Hardshell Jacket combines lunar blue and linen yellow panels for a touch of retro inspiration.
