Update: Ronnie Fieg and the entire Kith team just celebrated the reopening of their Kith Manhattan flagship today by dropping two collaborative New Balance ABZORB 2010s. The pairs, which we previewed previously below, are now officially set to have a wider release as Kith has shared that all of its storefronts, including online, will be dropping the kicks on May 19 at a starting price of $160 USD. Enjoy a closer look at the colorways above and review our previous discussions below for more info.

Update: For Ronnie Fieg, 2010 was a formative year, one that saw him launch Kith. Obsessed with footwear design at the time, he was excited to bring new energy to the space. 15 years later, he’s teamed up with New Balance to celebrate the reopening of the Kith Manhattan flagship, assembling two takes on the brand’s new ABZORB 2010 sneaker. He’s made an effort to restore the feeling of the blog era by unarchiving his old website, where he has shared a new post detailing the project’s inspiration and offering behind-the-scenes shots. The retail versions of the colorways can be spotted below, which we described previously as well. One detail that we missed originally is how the Kith monogram is spread across the midfoot’s “N” logos. Release is set for May 16 exclusively in-store at Kith Manhattan.

Original Story: Kicking off 2025, New Balance has already seen two if its new silhouettes revealed: the 2000 and 2010. While the former leads on a more modern build, the latter arrives with familiar New Balance detailing, including a mixed material upper with “N” branding on each side of the midfoot’s upper. Not officially revealed by the American sportswear brand yet, the 2010 has appeared once again, this time via a new Kith campaign.

A leaked preview of the Kith x New Balance 2010 collaboration depicts the new sneaker in two different looks. The first sports a color composition that includes notes of purple, pink, blue, off-white and black while the latter sees black and yellow accompanied by hits of gray, pink and purple. In this limited initial glance we also see that Kith branding is present at each pair’s tongue alongside the “NB” logo.

At the time of writing, neither Kith nor New Balance have discussed when their collaborative 2010 colorways will be dropping. Stay tuned for updates, including closer looks at both pairs and more info regarding the debut of the 2010, as we currently expect this two-pack to drop later this year via Kith.
