Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves are one series away from the NBA Finals as they await the results of Sunday’s game seven bout between the Thunder and Nuggets. Edwards is back in the Western Conference Finals for the second year in a row and has his eyes on pushing farther this year. This time around, he’s equipped with the adidas Anthony Edwards 1 Low, which remains without a successor.
The long-awaited adidas Anthony Edwards 2 was teased earlier this year and now we have a better look at what to expect from the sneaker. Another image of the design has been shared, offering a glance at a “Lucid Pink” colorway that seems to swap the coral pink of the teaser pair for a neon pink. A soft orange outsole reaches across the toe and heel, surrounding the black TPU detailing at each end. The tongue’s AE logo and heel’s Three Stripes both feature pink as well, bringing color to the otherwise black layers.
At the time of writing, neither Anthony Edwards nor adidas have shared any official release information regarding the upcoming adidas Anthony Edwards 2.
