Dr. Martens is celebrating 65 years of its iconic 1460 boot, marking the occasion with its most premium rendition to date. Whether you’re an avid shoe collector or a casual Dr. Martens wearer, the 1460 MIE Pascal Love Letter boot will add elegance to your collection.
Dr. Martens has returned to its original Northamptonshire factory, paying tribute to the recognized silhouette and the hard-working hands throughout its production line. As a true celebration of its heritage, only 1,460 boots will be made, marking one of the brand’s most limited runs.
The hightop burgundy boot is perfected by hand, working with Leeds-based tannery C. F. Stead to source high-quality full-grain Classic Calf leather. Buffed with a slight gloss, the eye-catching hue blends natural waxes and oils that change over time. Asymmetrical paneling pays tribute to Dr. Martens’s original designs, while yellow welt stitching, rubber soles, and “1.4.60” tongue stamps complete the design.
